Experience Poag Jewellers in Strathroy. James Poag was raised in Ridgetown, Ontario where he apprenticed in watchmaking, clock and jewellery repairs for five years. His growing love for the business brought him to Strathroy at the age of 21 where he established James O. Poag Jewellers Ltd.
Initially a small store, the first Poag Jewellers offered a selection of both china and jewellery. From the very start it carried only quality merchandise at reasonable prices. If a line didn’t include items in all price ranges, it didn’t make it past James or into display cases.
Forty years later, James was joined by his two sons, who now own and operate the business. The Poag family and staff are pleased to provide you with informed and dedicated assistance. No pushy people or hard-sell tactics. Just friendly faces ready to answer your questions and find the jewellery that fits your needs and your budget.
